Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@hashcaviargermanystore.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review your case and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately if needed. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
